As a licensed professional counselor, I am committed to helping those hurting or frustrated feel better. My work focuses on targeting negative behaviors, habits, and beliefs that hold them back from living their most fulfilling lives.
I’m passionate about creating a safe space where one feels comfortable expressing all their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. My hope is to provide skills that can be used in many different areas of life.
I am also interested in helping those new to the counseling field grow their skills by providing supervision to those seeking licensure in Louisiana.
